Radimir Mandzyuk is an associate attorney at Malone Legal PLLC, where he represents clients in divorce, parenting plan, child support, modification, domestic violence protection order, and other family law matters. Before joining Malone Legal, Radimir gained valuable experience working with a respected family law mediator, child custody expert, and parental alienation expert. This experience provided him with insight into the complex interpersonal dynamics that frequently arise in parenting disputes, as well as the importance of practical solutions, careful preparation, and thoughtful advocacy.

Radimir's broader legal background includes work in personal injury, corporate counsel, and public-interest litigation involving constitutional rights. His diverse experience has strengthened his ability to analyze complicated legal issues, evaluate cases from multiple perspectives, and develop strategies tailored to each client's needs.

Radimir believes effective representation begins with listening. Originally born in Ukraine and raised in California, Radimir is fluent in Ukrainian and conversational in Russian. His background allows him to connect with clients from a variety of cultures and experiences and to provide Ukrainian-speaking clients with legal guidance in their preferred language.

Outside of his practice, Radimir enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, caring for his yard and chickens, and following mixed martial arts and soccer.
